Kane County Care and Share
Kane County Care and Share is a cooperative effort between Kane County and the Five County Association of Governments. We are located next to the Kane County Senior Center at 56 West 450 North.
Care and Share Notice
We deliver food every first and third Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
We recently received a large shipment of chicken.
